This template consists of up to three databases working in unison to provide you as much information about your progress as possible.

The first is the Subjects database:

• this is where you enter your classes, and any relevant information needed for the class, location, room number, course code, prof, etc… Each of these data will be individual properties in this dataset, so they can be later references. You can add or remove any properities that aren’t pertinent to you; however, grade points, points, and any relations must remain to keep everything working.

The second is the vital Important Dates database:

• here you will enter all the exams, assignments, quizzes, papers, labs, whatever each subjects syllabus includes. Thankfully, you can create a subset of this database within each subject page so it will automatically fill after you’ve compiled each set of tasks into your subjects database.

Finally, if you take notes in notion a lot, you can connect a Notes database that filters all your notes for each respective subject for quick referencing to lecture materials, or homework.

All of these databases work together to give you an accurate representation of your current grade in each subject based on the work completed so far using the weights attributed to each grade, how much progress you’ve made in completing the course, as well as reminding you of important exams and heavily weighted assignments.

When you feel like you get the gist of this template, delete all the example classes and assignments, or just replace them with your own!
